SWCC has multiple contracts who work in various locations, yet they had no central digital filing system and no back-up system. This was insecure, inefficient and costing the organization money. It caused delays and other issues when contractors or employees needed immediate access to specific documents. And in case of an emergency, they could lose all their work.
Researched and compared various document management systems that could meet the organizations needs and requirements, and provided recommendations based on findings.
